Overview

The Inside Sales Executive (ISE) is responsible for generating revenue utilizing a consultative selling approach in the sale of WM services to small/medium business segment customers of medium complexity.

  • Conducts research on prospects to improve chances of providing value to their business
  • Conducts pre-sales activities to understand customer needs
  • Negotiates and closes sales by communicating WM's value proposition
  • Understands and adheres to established WM sales processes
  • Presents WM products and services using a consultative approach
  • Adjusts sales technique based on the prospect or customer
  • Overcomes objections during sales negotiations
  • Facilitates agreement to a sales solution
  • Finalizes sales agreements with specific actions outlined
  • Conducts post-sale administrative work for successful implementation

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • 1 year of relevant work experience required
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and a CRM
