As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for new business development, targeting medium to large companies. You will sell custom label printing, flexible packaging, and other premium solutions to clients in various industries, focusing on quality and value rather than price competition. This is a remote-first role with flexibility, reporting to the VP of Sales.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years in B2B sales
• Experience in label printing, flexible packaging, or commercial printing is an asset
• Basic skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Word
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to generate leads and manage client relationships
• Proven sales strategy and execution
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Understanding of the sales cycle and deal size
• Experience in self-generated lead generation
• Willingness to travel occasionally
