Call Center Agent - Remote

Overview

We are looking for several Call Center Agents (m/w/d) to work remotely for various clients.

In Short

• Telephone and written support for our customers in inbound/outbound areas
• Processing inquiries, complaints, and orders
• Providing information about products, services, or processes
• Documenting customer concerns in our CRM system
• Forwarding complex issues to the relevant departments
• Ensuring a high service standard through solution-oriented work

Requirements

• Completed vocational training, ideally in the commercial sector, or comparable qualification
• Initial experience in customer service or call center is an advantage – career changers are welcome
• Strong communication skills, empathy, and a service-oriented working style
• Proficient use of common IT systems and MS Office
• Good German language skills, both spoken and written; additional language skills are a plus
• Team player, resilience, and enjoyment in direct customer contact
