Overview

This position is designed for a results-driven sales professional focused on driving revenue growth within the healthcare and life sciences sector. The Strategic Account Executive will manage strategic accounts, build strong relationships with key decision-makers, and identify new business opportunities.

In Short

  • Develop and execute territory and account-level growth strategies to drive revenue.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Meet or exceed revenue and new business objectives.
  • Own account strategy development and client engagement.
  • Lead negotiations through the full sales cycle.
  • Ensure smooth transitions to account management teams post-sale.
  • Maintain long-term relationships with clients.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 10+ years of outside sales experience, with at least 5 years in life sciences account management.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare and life sciences.
  • Proven track record of strategic new business selling.
  • Excellent verbal, written communication, and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Knowledge of Big Data and Cloud Computing is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and strategic thinking skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent activities.
