Senior Director of Sales - Remote

Overview

This position is for a Senior Sales Leader responsible for driving revenue growth in North America, managing complex enterprise deals, and building a high-performing sales team.

In Short

• Own the North American revenue number and forecasting.
• Recruit, train, and retain top-tier Enterprise Account Executives.
• Engage in multi-stakeholder sales cycles to close complex deals.
• Define and execute the 'Land and Expand' strategy.

Requirements

• 10+ years in Enterprise SaaS Sales, with 3-5+ years in a leadership role.
• Strong background in AI, Machine Learning, or Customer Experience technologies.
• Proven track record of closing large ARR deals ranging from $250k to $1M+.
• Deep understanding of sales methodologies like MEDDIC or Challenger.
• Ability to build your own pipeline and empower your team.
• Business or Technical degree; MBA is a plus.
