Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive sales experience.
• 3+ years in sales management or leadership role.
• Proven success in leading inside sales teams.
• Strong coaching and mentoring skills.
• Data-driven mindset with sales analytics experience.
• Experience in remote or hybrid environments.
