You will operate autonomously to manage the complete sales cycle and foster relationships that drive sustainable growth. Your endeavors will contribute to an innovative technology platform dedicated to improving access to healthcare for underserved communities, ultimately benefiting millions of people across the nation.

In Short

  • Own and exceed a personal quota of $1M in new ARR annually
  • Lead complex, high-value sales cycles independently—from pre-discovery to contracting
  • Independently source and qualify leads through outbound outreach and creative pipeline development strategies
  • Drive research, discovery, and proposal processes aligned with client needs
  • Manage procurement, compliance, and legal workflows with minimal support
  • Ensure effective communication of assets and roadmaps to prospects

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of full-cycle B2B SaaS sales experience, including 3+ years in healthcare or public health
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding $800K+ quotas annually
  • Experience closing complex deals in the $50K–$250K ARR range
  • Familiarity with FQHCs, Tribal Health, or FCCs and their organizational structures
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail
  • Proficiency in HubSpot (or similar CRM) and tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Passion for advancing health equity and working with mission-driven organizations
