In Short

  • Build and manage relationships with brokers, agents, CPAs, and other key referral sources to generate new business opportunities.
  • Conduct cold outreach, identify high-potential leads, and guide prospects through the sales funnel.
  • Deliver presentations and customized proposals that showcase value-added solutions to clients.
  • Provide ongoing training and support to brokers on product offerings and sales strategies.
  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of insurance products, market trends, and compliance regulations.
  • Represent the organization at trade shows, networking events, and industry conferences.
  • Meet and exceed monthly goals related to RFP submissions, lead generation, and client acquisition.
  • Oversee budgets and campaign performance for regional outreach, including digital campaigns and contact expansion.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in insurance sales and broker management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
