Requirements

• Experience in managing a team of work-from-home direct reports.
• Experience and knowledge in sales.
• A Bachelor’s degree.
• Demonstrated leadership skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer-orientation.
• Ability to manage time and multiple schedules effectively.
• Pro-active attitude towards developing trust and rapport.
• Must have Personal Lines or P&C license.
• Bilingual is a major plus.
