In Short

• Develop and execute a NA clinical laboratory VITROS® marketing plan(s).
• Establish and track/trend key performance indicators.
• Develop customer-facing and internal positioning, messaging, and collateral.
• Maintain and expand a deep understanding of the NA IVD diagnostics market.
• Lead cross-functional teams to create and execute integrated marketing campaigns.
• Define and track Salesforce.com targets.
• Ensure effective product positioning and messaging content.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or Healthcare Management.
• 10+ years in IVD diagnostics or core laboratory experience.
• Proven experience developing marketing plans and launching IVD diagnostic products.
• Ability to manage cross-functional teams remotely.
• Strong collaboration, communication, presentation, and analytic skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% overnight.
