Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Medicare Call Center Sales Manager to lead our sales team in providing exceptional service and driving sales performance in the Medicare insurance sector.

• Lead and support a team of licensed insurance agents in a virtual call center.

Requirements

• Must reside in one of the specified states (TX, FL, UT, AZ, IN, NC, GA, TN).
• Must maintain insurance license and Medicare certification.
• Minimum of two years of leadership and Medicare sales experience required.
• Strong communication skills.
• Passionate about agent development.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Team-oriented with a big-picture mindset.
• Ability to take ownership of responsibilities and drive results.
