Gift Processing Associate - Remote

Overview

The Gift Processing & Analytics department has an exciting opportunity for a skilled development and nonprofit professional who thrives in a fast-paced gift-processing environment.

In Short

• Work on all aspects of gift processing including cash, online, direct-mail, and pledge gifts.
• Handle acknowledgment letters process and ensure data integrity.
• Involved with data updates and processing gifts in Raiser’s Edge NXT.
• Work closely with the finance team for accurate processing.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and flexibility for overtime.
• Prior experience in a fundraising department is required.
• Strong computer skills and excellent communication skills are essential.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Global nonprofit experience is a plus.
• Passion for humanitarian work is preferred.

Requirements

• Prior experience with Raiser’s Edge NXT or similar fundraising database.
• Strong detail orientation and organization skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot and research issues effectively.
• Ability to prioritize in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Experience working remotely with a CRM.
• Basic knowledge of nonprofit Development operations.
• Strong reading comprehension skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
