The Sherry Lesar School of Nursing at Montana Technological University is seeking applications for a full-time tenure-track faculty at either the Assistant or Associate rank.

In Short

• Full-time tenure-track faculty position in Nursing.
• Provide educational instruction in classroom, clinical, and simulation lab settings.
• Participate in curriculum development and assessment of learning outcomes.
• Hold regular office hours and advise students.
• Engage in student recruitment and committee work.
• Master's Degree in Nursing or equivalent required.
• Unencumbered RN license in Montana or ability to obtain.
• 2-3 years of nursing experience required.
• Strong communication skills are essential.
• Preferred qualifications include a Doctoral degree and prior teaching experience.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Nursing or current enrollment in a Master's of Nursing program.
• Current unencumbered RN license or ability to obtain.
• 2-3 years of nursing experience.
• Evidence of strong written and oral communication skills.
• For Associate Professor rank, minimum of 4 years of academic teaching experience required.
• Demonstrated nursing scholarship such as research or publications.
