In Short

• Drive product enhancements and monitor long-term projects.
• Collect and evaluate user feedback from veterinary clinics and pet parents.
• Collaborate with onboarding and support teams to improve customer experiences.
• Build out feature documentation for business and engineering alignment.
• Manage low to mid-level feature builds and conduct QA testing.
• Educate internal teams on new product features.

Requirements

• A four-year college degree with project management experience.
• Attention to detail and high-quality output.
• Strong communication skills to distill complex ideas.
• Critical thinking and data interpretation skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Excel and data analytics platforms is a plus.
