Associate Producer - Remote

Overview

As the Associate Producer, you’ll support our Creative Producer and marketing team, bringing the Boulevard brand to life through long and short form videos, podcasts, and other multimedia projects.

In Short

• Manage multiple post-production calendars simultaneously.
• Coordinate with key stakeholders for video needs and collect feedback.
• Develop and execute an editing strategy to utilize previous footage.
• Manage YouTube as a distribution channel.
• Coordinate with outside contractors for post-production assistance.
• Support the Creative Producer with multimedia project activities.
• Monitor and manage video content requests in Asana.
• Support podcast distribution channels and reporting.
• Ensure video projects meet milestones and brand standards.
• Stay updated with the latest media techniques and production technologies.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills.
• Refined eye for video editing and storytelling.
• Understanding of marketing/advertising and social storytelling.
• Good judgment about video content representation.
• Open to feedback and able to interpret critiques.
• Proven track record in digital advertising/marketing.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teams.
• Great multi-tasker with attention to detail.
• Experience in a project management environment.
