• Manage corporate and employment legal affairs.
• Provide legal advice on compliance with securities laws.
• Support executive leadership in governance and best practices.
• Oversee corporate documents and filings for international expansion.
• Develop policies for the employment life cycle.
• Advise on employment law trends and workplace investigations.
• Deliver training on employment law best practices.
• Public company corporate experience required.
• 12+ years of legal experience, preferably in tech.
• Strong project management skills and ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.

Requirements

• 12+ years of legal experience, with at least 5+ years in-house in tech.
• Proven track record in corporate and employment law matters.
• Experience in IPO readiness and managing international employees.
• Demonstrated success as a people leader.
• Excellent judgment and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively.
• In-depth understanding of legal issues impacting the organization.
• Strong project management skills.
• Deep understanding of the modern Legal tech stack.
• JD from an accredited law school and admission to the CA Bar.
