Senior Solutions Engineer - Remote

Overview

As a Senior Solutions Engineer at InvoiceCloud, you will leverage your design, architectural, and development skills to integrate the electronic bill payment and presentment (EBPP) SaaS platform with various third-party systems for clients in municipalities, utilities, and insurance sectors.

• Work with partners and clients to determine digital payment business requirements.

• Up to 25% travel to customer sites may be required.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience delivering Cloud (SaaS) Services for Financial Services.
• 8+ years in consulting, software design, solutions, or technical sales roles.
• Experience in data management and web services (SOAP/XML, REST/JSON).
• Knowledge of user experience design tools (Figma, Miro, Lucidchart).
• Experience with API environments like Postman or Swagger.
• AWS or Azure Cloud experience is required.
• Proven multitasking ability on complex engagements.
• Self-starter with effective prioritization skills under tight deadlines.
