Overview

The Legal team is seeking a Compliance and Privacy Project Manager to support the Director of Corporate Compliance, Privacy and ESG. This role is crucial for managing compliance and privacy projects, ensuring they meet industry standards and legal requirements, and fostering a culture of compliance within the organization.

In Short

• Collaborate with the Director of Compliance to design and implement compliance programs.
• Oversee all stages of assigned projects, ensuring timely completion.
• Conduct thorough compliance risk assessments.
• Work closely with IT, Legal, HR, and Operations teams.
• Assist in developing and delivering training programs on compliance principles.
• Identify and recommend new policies for compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; CCEP, CIPP/US, CIPPT preferred.
• 3-4 years of experience in compliance, legal, or risk management.
• Strong understanding of data protection regulations.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication skills for explaining compliance concepts.
• Proficient analytical skills for evaluating information.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability.
