Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3-5 years of healthcare compliance experience.
• Certified in Project Management.
• Organized and detail-oriented.
• Experience with cross-functional teams.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and fast-paced environments.
• Proficient in Powerpoint, Monday.com, and Excel.
• Familiarity with health insurance regulatory requirements.
