Overview

The Go-to-Market Systems Analyst 2 will support and optimize various business applications and Go-To-Market tooling, ensuring seamless workflow and collaboration across departments.

In Short

• Responsible for system stewardship of Go-to-Market tools.
• Become an expert in Outreach, Gong, and ZoomInfo.
• Collaborate with internal teams to define requirements.
• Work with Salesforce team to maintain data flows.
• Evaluate tools for efficiency and efficacy gains.
• Monitor usage and suggest enhancements for productivity.
• Assist in Gen AI strategy and deployment of AI features.
• Support user training on Go-to-Market tools.
• Develop learning materials for sales operations teams.
• Stay informed of Gen AI capabilities to leverage for business.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3 - 5 years of experience with Outreach, Gong, Salesforce, or similar tools.
• Certifications in Salesforce or relevant applications preferred.
• Familiarity with AI in Go-To-Market tools desired.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
• Confidentiality and discretion with sensitive data.
• Self-motivated with strong communication skills.
