Senior Solutions Engineer - Remote

Overview

As a Senior Solutions Engineer, you will be the primary technical resource for our Enterprise Accounts team, sharing your product and technical expertise to help clients design the right solutions for their business needs.

In Short

• Partner with Account Executives to understand customer challenges.
• Technically close complex opportunities through technical skill and credibility.
• Lead technical validations during the Proof of Value phase.
• Work with all levels of an organization, from executives to developers.
• Deliver product and technical demonstrations of Sumo Logic service.
• Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering to enhance services.

Requirements

• B.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; M.S. preferred.
• 3+ years as a Solutions Engineer, Solutions Architect, or related roles.
• Hands-on knowledge of security-related products and technologies.
• Experience with open source collections and leading technical validations.
• Experience with SaaS solutions in multi-tenant architectures.
• Familiarity with AWS, GCP, Microsoft Azure (certification preferred).
• Understanding of technical infrastructure and modern application architecture.
• Experience with monitoring tools like Splunk, Datadog, etc.
• Strong communication skills and business acumen.
