Senior Solutions Engineer - Remote

Overview

NetBox Labs is looking for a Senior Solutions Engineer with 5+ years of experience to play a strategic role in driving new business, expanding key accounts, and enabling our Sales team to deliver technical value to enterprise customers.

In Short

• Engage with technical and executive stakeholders to understand their pain points, workflows, and business objectives.
• Lead technical discovery calls and product demonstrations to showcase the capabilities of NetBox Cloud in real-world environments.
• Own the technical sales process, including running and supporting prospect proof-of-concept (POC) engagements.
• Dig into customers use cases and apply NetBox capabilities to architect custom solutions.
• Work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Marketing to refine messaging and identify customer needs.
• Develop and present compelling business cases that articulate the ROI of NetBox Cloud.
• Support pipeline generation efforts by identifying high-quality prospects.
• Contribute to content creation, such as technical blogs and webinars.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a Sales Engineering, Solutions Architecture, or Technical Pre-Sales role.
• Working knowledge of networking concepts, network automation, and infrastructure technologies.
• Proven ability to engage both technical users and executive stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience with APIs, scripting (Python, Ansible, etc.).
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.
• Experience supporting enterprise sales cycles.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
