Overview

The Digital Sales Manager will lead the digital sales and utilization team to expand the footprint of Intuitive's digital products in the assigned region, focusing on customer satisfaction and strategic execution.

  • Manage a digital sales team to drive sales activities.
  • Handle all commercial activities from lead generation to account management.
  • Provide technical and product expertise to the team.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to exceed goals.
  • Enhance customer relationships and account management.
  • Collaborate with various teams to implement new strategies.
  • Identify knowledge gaps and create training plans.
  • Set annual goals and provide regular reporting to management.
  • Support pan-European digital projects.

Requirements

  • Advanced degree or equivalent experience required.
  • 8+ years of sales experience, with 5+ in medical device sales.
  • 2+ years of experience in selling digital solutions to hospitals.
  • Experience in coaching and training sales roles is preferred.
  • Understanding of clinical workflows and IT infrastructure.
  • Result-driven with accountability.
  • Experience with European KOLs in robotic surgery.
  • Ability to build and lead a team is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication skills in local language and English.
  • Willingness to travel 2-4 days per week.
