Overview

Intelerad is seeking a Technical Implementation Specialist responsible for providing technical and workflow implementation services for Radiology Healthcare IT solutions, ensuring that clients realize the full value of Intelerad solutions.

In Short

• Collaborate with clients to assess needs and design workflows.
• Provide remote system administration and HL7/DICOM integration support.
• Validate solution operability and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Deliver training to end users and create supporting materials.
• Guide clients through go-live and post-go-live phases.
• Document configurations and workflows in collaboration with project managers.
• Participate in post-implementation reviews for continuous improvement.
• Travel if required to support on-site implementations.
• Perform other duties to support implementation projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Medical Imaging Sciences.
• 1-3 years of experience in Healthcare or IT related roles.
• Understanding of HL7/DICOM messaging standards.
• Proficiency with Linux command-line interface.
• Ability to travel internationally if required.
