Overview

Intelerad is a leading global provider of enterprise imaging solutions, seeking a Technical Implementation Specialist to provide technical and workflow implementation services for Radiology Healthcare IT solutions.

In Short

  • Collaborate with clients to assess needs and design workflows.
  • Provide remote system administration and perform HL7/DICOM configurations.
  • Validate solution operability and troubleshoot issues.
  • Deliver training to end users and create supporting materials.
  • Guide clients through go-live and post-go-live phases.
  • Document configurations and workflows in collaboration with project managers.
  • Participate in post-implementation reviews for continuous improvement.
  • Travel within specified regions to support on-site implementations.
  • Provide workflow and product expertise to internal teams.
  • Perform other duties to support implementation projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Medical Imaging Sciences.
  • 1-3 years of experience in Healthcare or IT related roles.
  • Understanding of HL7/DICOM messaging standards.
  • Proficiency with Linux command-line interface.
  • Ability to travel internationally if required.
  • Knowledge of enterprise-level Radiology Healthcare IT solutions.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across applications and networking.
  • Basic knowledge of SQL databases.
  • Familiarity with AWS cloud infrastructure.
  • Strong communication skills and creative problem-solving abilities.
