Overview

The Renewals Specialist is responsible for developing and managing a proactive customer renewal program, ensuring timely renewals and facilitating the renewal process while collaborating with various teams.

Requirements

• 2 years of experience in a Sales, Renewal, or Account Manager role at a SaaS company.
• Strong client-facing communication skills.
• Great attention to detail and strategic thinking.
• Aptitude for sales and strong analytical skills.
• Experience in procurement and/or contract management is an asset.
• Results-driven and proactive.
• Ability to make informed decisions with minimal oversight.
• French spoken and written is an asset.
