In Short

  • Drive the renewals process end-to-end, strengthening relationships with customers and partners.
  • Own the full renewals lifecycle from quote to close.
  • Build strong relationships with assigned customers for a seamless renewal experience.
  • Partner with Customer Success, Sales, and Channel teams to maximize retention.
  • Collaborate with distributors and resellers to drive renewals.
  • Identify at-risk accounts and develop save plans.
  • Work with Legal and Finance for accuracy in terms and pricing.
  • Track and report on Gross Revenue Retention (GRR) and Net Revenue Retention (NRR) goals.
  • Establish and refine renewals processes.
  • Provide feedback on customer needs and market trends.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of renewals, account management, or customer success experience in SaaS.
  • Proven ability to manage renewal cycles and hit retention targets.
  • Strong commercial acumen with negotiation and communication skills.
  • Experience working with channel partners in a renewals capacity.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and CPQ; familiarity with CS/renewals tools.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Collaborative team player with empathy for customers.
