Renewals Specialist - Remote

Overview

The Renewals Specialist is responsible for the day to day management of assigned customer accounts, focusing on recurring revenue and software asset management. This role involves developing customer relationships that promote retention and loyalty.

• Manage assigned customer accounts and work closely with sales teams.
• Be a licensing expert and understand owned assets within accounts.
• Understand complex software quoting and revenue models.
• Ensure smooth onboarding of new customers.
• Drive customer retention during the Customer Journey.
• Work with sales teams to drive expansions.
• Review client requests and escalate as necessary.
• Identify at-risk accounts and take appropriate actions.
• Proactively manage customer relationships and experiences.
• Start the procurement/renewal process three months prior to renewal dates.

Requirements

• BA/BS preferred or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of experience in a related role.
• Knowledge in privilege access management and cybersecurity.
• Experience with other Privilege Access Service solutions is a plus.
• Comfortable interfacing with complex clients.
• Ability to provide business and technical solutions.
• Competency with Salesforce and Customer Success Management platforms.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Public Sector experience preferred.
