Overview

The AVP, System Integrators (SI) Alliance Partnerships role involves managing external client product project implementations and enhancements led by authorized Insurity System Integrators.

In Short

• Oversee and manage System Integrator product implementation projects.
• Drive and support successful technology partnerships.
• Monitor and report SI program financials and KPIs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for successful implementation.
• Act as primary contact for system integration operations.
• Develop and communicate SI program goals and strategies.
• Implement data-driven strategies for customer success.
• Foster existing and new partner relationships.
• Provide guidance to System Integrators on best practices.
• Manage a core team to resolve operational issues.

Requirements

• 8+ years managing a software vendor systems integrator program.
• 10+ years in a leadership role managing cross-functional teams.
• Experience with financial project modeling and budget management.
• Strong organizational and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to articulate a vision and strategy.
• Strong relationship development skills.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Management or related field.
