Overview

Instructure is looking for experienced Account Executives to join our Higher Education sales team to cover the US - South territory, focusing on introducing and selling Instructure products to new higher education accounts.

In Short

  • Introduce and sell Instructure products to new higher education accounts.
  • Develop sales strategies to increase pipeline.
  • Consistently meet/exceed sales quota.
  • Work closely with the customer success team for onboarding.
  • Collaborate on territory plans and quarterly business reviews.
  • Deliver in-person and web-based presentations.
  • Provide education and training on the Instructure Learning Platform.
  • Use Salesforce to document activities and maintain forecasts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Sales/Marketing, or related field.
  • 3+ years of proven sales experience.
  • Proven ability to generate sales pipeline.
  • Experience with Higher Education institutions or EdTech is a plus.
  • Experience selling enterprise level software and SaaS.
  • Excellent strategic/consultative sales skills.
  • Ability to perform detailed needs analysis and proposal development.
