Project Manager - Remote

Overview

Instructure is seeking a Project Manager for our Content team to lead mission-driven projects that directly impact millions of educators and learners.

In Short

• Lead the full project lifecycle from planning to delivery.
• Develop and manage project plans, including scoping and timelines.
• Coordinate resources and align them with project requirements.
• Monitor project progress and provide updates to stakeholders.
• Facilitate project stakeholder meetings.
• Identify potential risks and work collaboratively for mitigation.
• Facilitate communication among team members and stakeholders.
• Assist in budget allocation and monitoring costs.

Requirements

• Postsecondary degree, BA or BS preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience in a project-related role.
• Understanding of project planning and execution.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage stakeholder expectations.
• Experience in identifying and resolving issues.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects.
• Proficiency in Asana, Jira, Confluence, and Google Suite.
• K-12 educational experience a plus.
• CAPM preferred.
