Overview

As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and generating new sales leads to support the growth of our company.

In Short

  • Identify and qualify potential new customers through various channels.
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing customers.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies to increase sales.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities.
  • Work closely with the Growth and Expansion team on lead generation campaigns.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales and customer interactions.
  • Attend trade shows and conferences in the Tampa Area.

Requirements

  • 6+ months of experience in sales, marketing, or similar role.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven track record of generating leads and meeting sales targets.
  • Experience with CRM systems and sales tools.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience in B2B, preferably in SMB and Mid-Market.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, initiative, and autonomy.
