Inside Sales Associate/Account Executive - Remote

Overview

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Inside Sales Associate/Account Executive to join our growing team at Insight Assurance, a U.S. licensed CPA firm specializing in cybersecurity audit services.

In Short

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients.
• Drive organic sales opportunities and nurture sales pipeline.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for excellent service delivery.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients.
• Conduct regular check-ins to review client progress.
• Upsell additional services post-onboarding.
• Collaborate with internal teams for timely delivery.
• Identify and address client concerns proactively.

Requirements

• 1-2+ years of experience in a closing sales role.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to portray value in service solutions.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Experience in B2B sales, preferably in SMB and Mid-Market.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and initiative.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
• Experience with SaaS products is a plus.
• Knowledge of compliance frameworks is a plus.
