Customer Success Manager (CSM) - UK - Remote

Insight Assurance is a global audit firm on a mission to transform how organizations achieve cybersecurity and compliance. We are looking for an experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team, responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients.

In Short

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and develop strong relationships with key stakeholders.
• Understand clients' business objectives and help them achieve their goals by providing expert guidance.
• Conduct regular check-ins with clients to prepare them for compliance audit engagements.
• Identify needs for additional services.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services.
• Proactively identify and address client concerns and issues.
• Ensure client satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 3+ years of experience in a client-facing role.
• Ability to grasp compliance frameworks and willingness to learn.
• Exceptional organizational and task management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
• Experience with SaaS products is a plus.
