Overview

As a Customer Success Manager (UK) at AuditBoard, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our clients' success and satisfaction. You will be the primary point of contact for our customers, working closely with them to understand their needs, maximize the value they receive from our products/services, and drive long-term relationships.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Customer Success (CSM).
  • Experience in audit, risk management, compliance, or GRC frameworks preferred.
  • 1+ years of hands-on experience with AuditBoard modules preferred.
  • Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to interface with C-level executives.
  • Familiarity with customer success tools like Gainsight, Salesforce.
  • Ability to manage ambiguity effectively.
  • Demonstrated fluency in English and German.
