• Recruiting and onboarding top talent across global teams.
• Support employees with HR-related issues and concerns.
• Work evening/night shift hours to coordinate with APAC and EMEA regions.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to hiring.
• Lead the onboarding process for new hires.
• Provide HR guidance on policies and benefits.
• Ensure compliance with regional employment laws.
• Assist with payroll and benefits administration.

Requirements

• 3+ years of HR Generalist or Talent Acquisition experience.
• Strong communication skills in English; additional languages are a bonus.
• Track record of managing hiring processes effectively.
• Familiarity with global HR practices.
• Comfortable working independently across time zones.
• Tech-savvy with HRIS, ATS, and collaboration platforms.
