Overview

We are looking for a motivated Sales Representative to drive our B2B SaaS sales process from lead generation to deal closure while working remotely from anywhere in the world.

In Short

  • Manage and optimize the full B2B sales pipeline in HubSpot.
  • Execute outbound strategies via email, LinkedIn, and phone.
  • Conduct cold outreach and qualify leads for demos.
  • Present SaaS demos tailored to customer needs and industries.
  • Collaborate with marketing and leadership to refine messaging and ICPs.
  • Analyze performance data to improve conversion and shorten sales cycles.
  • Fluent in German and English is required.
  • Proven B2B sales experience is essential.
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills are necessary.
  • Independent and performance-driven mindset is required.

Requirements

  • Fluent German (C2 or native/near-native) and fluent English (C1C2).
  • Proven B2B sales experience (as SDR, Sales Rep, or similar).
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
  • Strong learning ability; experience with tools like HubSpot is a plus.
  • Reliable internet connection for online meetings and calls.
  • Independent, structured, and performance-driven mindset.
