Overview

We are looking for a dedicated Sales Representative (Senior/Middle SDR) to actively drive our B2B SaaS sales from lead generation to closure. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys speaking with people, persuading, and closing deals flexibly from anywhere.

In Short

  • Manage the entire B2B sales funnel in HubSpot.
  • Implement outbound strategies via email, LinkedIn, and phone.
  • Conduct cold outreach, qualify leads, and schedule appointments.
  • Present customer-oriented SaaS demos tailored to industries.
  • Refine messaging and target groups with marketing & management.
  • Analyze data and derive actions to increase conversions.
  • Work independently, structured, and results-oriented.
  • Strong communication skills and confidence on the phone.
  • Experience in B2B sales (SDR, Sales Rep, or similar role).
  • Willingness to learn new tools quickly.

Requirements

  • German C2 or native proficiency (mandatory).
  • Experience in B2B sales (SDR, Sales Rep, or similar role).
  • Strong communication and persuasive skills.
  • Quick comprehension and willingness to learn new tools.
  • Knowledge in HubSpot, Apollo, Sales Navigator, etc., is a plus.
  • Stable internet connection for smooth online calls.
  • Independent, structured, and results-oriented working style.
