Overview

The Client Support Engineer is responsible for the installation, configuration, and testing of cybersecurity solutions, ensuring effective deployment and integration with client systems.

In Short

  • Carry out on-site installation and configuration of cybersecurity components.
  • Perform troubleshooting of deployment issues and escalate as necessary.
  • Coordinate with client IT and security teams for access and configurations.
  • Ensure proper log ingestion and data flow for solution effectiveness.
  • Maintain detailed logs and prepare installation reports.
  • Conduct basic training for client staff on solution operation.
  • Support acceptance testing and documentation handover.
  • Follow change management and security best practices.

Requirements

  • Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or related field.
  • 1–5 years of experience in deploying or supporting cybersecurity solutions.
  • Knowledge of networking concepts including routing and firewalls.
  • Working knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
  • Ability to analyze logs and troubleshoot issues effectively.
