In Short

  • Provide high-quality support to enterprise customers.
  • Collaborate with the Development team to resolve issues.
  • Troubleshoot advanced technical issues with client stakeholders.
  • Evaluate implementation results and deploy solution components.
  • Engage with internal and client teams for successful resolutions.
  • Transfer knowledge within the Support organization and customers.
  • Work with Engineering and Product Management teams on product issues.
  • Resolve complex problems through product understanding and code analysis.
  • Identify and prioritize technical improvements.
  • Influence designs for better system decisions.

Requirements

  • 7+ years in information technology, with 2 years in a customer-facing role.
  • Undergraduate degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Experience with Linux-based Operating Systems.
  • Basic experience with RDBMS like SQL Server, Oracle, etc.
  • Hands-on experience in Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Experience in coding with Python, C++, C#, and Java.
  • Troubleshooting complex software modules.
  • Ability to develop and modify modules for enhancements.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
