As a Staff Cloud Support Engineer at Snowflake, you will be responsible for providing high-quality technical support to customers, ensuring they achieve optimal use of the Snowflake Data Warehouse.

Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
8+ years of experience in a Technical Support environment.
Excellent writing and communication skills in English.
Ability to work collaboratively across global teams.
Experience with major public cloud providers like AWS, Azure, GCP.
Experience in configuring and troubleshooting drivers like ODBC, JDBC.
Extensive experience with web security and networking technologies.
Experience in database systems and SQL queries.
Deep understanding of data governance capabilities.
