Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
8+ years experience in a Technical Support environment.
Excellent writing and communication skills in English.
Ability to work collaboratively across global teams.
Strong knowledge of RDBMS and SQL data types.
Experience with database migration and ETL.
Scripting/coding experience in any programming language.
Familiarity with semi-structured data.
Experience with cloud service providers.
Ability to interpret systems performance metrics.
