In Short

  • Provide technical guidance and expert advice on Snowflake Data Warehouse.
  • Drive technical solutions to complex problems for customers.
  • Adhere to response and resolution SLAs for customer issues.
  • Utilize Snowflake environment and tools to investigate issues.
  • Document known solutions for internal and external knowledge bases.
  • Report bugs and feature requests to Engineering.
  • Provide support coverage during holidays and weekends.
  • Work in a collaborative environment across global teams.
  • Train team members on data warehousing fundamentals.
  • Debug and troubleshoot complex SQL queries.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
  • 8+ years experience in a Technical Support environment.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across global teams.
  • Strong knowledge of RDBMS and SQL data types.
  • Experience with database migration and ETL.
  • Scripting/coding experience in any programming language.
  • Familiarity with semi-structured data.
  • Experience with cloud service providers.
  • Ability to interpret systems performance metrics.
