  • Create and execute detailed test cases based on functional specifications and user requirements.
  • Perform functional, regression, and exploratory testing on software applications.
  • Collaborate with development teams to understand application features and gather testing requirements.
  • Identify, document, and track defects, ensuring clear communication of issues to relevant stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the improvement of testing processes and methodologies to achieve better efficiency.
  • Assist in the preparation of test reports and summary documentation for stakeholders.
  • Participate in team meetings to review progress and discuss upcoming testing activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
  • 5 years of experience in software testing or quality assurance.
  • Familiarity with manual testing methodologies and tools.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Basic understanding of automated testing concepts is a plus.
  • Experience with Agile software development practices is advantageous.
