Overview

InEvent is looking for experienced Account Managers who focus on long-term relationships with our customers whilst providing them with innovative solutions on how they can develop their events.

In Short

  • Responsible for negotiating and converting renewals and upsell deals within the existing client portfolio.
  • Ensure excellent product knowledge of all our products and new releases.
  • Work with monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Employ a consultative selling approach.
  • Utilize advanced communication skills with clients.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals effectively.
  • Maintain and manage pipelines in CRM systems.

Requirements

  • Must have advanced English proficiency.
  • Solid experience in B2B sales/account management.
  • Track record of hitting and exceeding targets.
  • Outstanding customer service and sales skills.
  • Experience with upselling and maximizing account revenue.
  • Advanced communication skills.
  • A consultative selling and account management approach.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
  • Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot or Pipedrive).
  • Experience in the Events Industry is a plus.
