Overview

The HR Business Partner (HRBP) position acts as a liaison between the core functions of Human Resources (HR) and specific business units within the company, providing leadership, consultation, and support to employees and leaders at all levels.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in HR Generalist or equivalent role.
• 3+ years of experience in resolving complex employee relations issues.
• Knowledge of multiple HR disciplines including performance management.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
