Senior ERP Analyst - Remote

Overview

The Senior ERP Analyst is responsible for the administration, support, optimization, and continuous improvement of the organization’s Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, focusing on Infor SyteLine V10.x in a manufacturing environment.

In Short

• Provide daily functional and technical support for the ERP system.
• Configure and maintain ERP system settings and user access.
• Assist with system maintenance, upgrades, and configuration changes.
• Support multi-site and multi-currency ERP environments.
• Analyze workflows and translate requirements into effective ERP solutions.
• Identify opportunities for automation and system enhancements.
• Assist with ERP reporting and analytics using SQL and Infor tools.
• Develop and maintain system documentation and user guides.
• Provide targeted training and support to ERP end-users.
• Utilize helpdesk systems to track and resolve issues.

Requirements

• Expertise with Infor SyteLine and at least five years of experience.
• Solid understanding of manufacturing and accounting principles.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, or related field.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
