Overview

The HR Business Partner – Operations is a strategic partner to IEM’s Operations business unit, providing HR guidance and support to maximize workforce effectiveness, drive operational performance, and foster a high-growth, high-performing culture.

• Partner with Operations leaders to provide HR guidance on workforce planning and performance management.
• Support talent development initiatives including talent reviews and succession planning.
• Analyze workforce metrics to provide actionable insights to leadership.
• Coach managers on employee engagement and career development strategies.
• Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues.
• Collaborate with HR peers to implement HR best practices.
• Build trust with Operations teams on organizational design.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies.

• Participate in HR meetings to align strategies and drive improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (advanced degree preferred).
• 8+ years of progressive HR experience.
• 3+ years managing complex employee relations issues.
• Experience in Operations and Manufacturing.
• Experience in high-growth organizations.
• Strong knowledge of talent management processes.
• Excellent communication and coaching skills.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
