• Maintain strong compliance standards and reinforce structured HR processes.
• Support labor relations activities and participate in union negotiations.
• Partner with Training and Development Manager for ongoing education initiatives.
• Ensure HR processes are documented and aligned with best practices.
• Collaborate with corporate stakeholders to support organizational planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive HR experience.
• 5+ years of experience in union negotiation and labor relations.
• Strong communication skills to advise and influence leaders.
• Knowledge of HR laws and compliance requirements.
• Master’s degree and HR certifications preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Adaptability in fast-paced environments.
