  • Ensure compliance with NLRA, FLSA, Davis-Bacon, OSHA, and all applicable laws
  • Oversee employee relations investigations and develop proactive strategies
  • Lead recruiting strategy for skilled trades and corporate roles
  • Develop succession plans for critical field leadership roles
  • Monitor KPIs including turnover and labor cost metrics
  • Balance strategic leadership with hands-on execution

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field required
  • 8+ years of progressive HR leadership experience
  • 5 years in a unionized construction or skilled trades environment
  • Strong knowledge of federal and state labor laws
  • Experience supporting a multi-site, field-based workforce
  • Proven ability to influence and partner with senior leadership
