Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Sales Operations Manager to join our growing team. This role will be instrumental in enabling our sales organization to perform at its best by improving processes, optimizing tools, analyzing data, and ensuring cross-functional alignment.

In Short

Optimize sales processes and workflows.
Manage and maintain CRM system (Salesforce).
Build and maintain dashboards for KPI tracking.
Support onboarding and training of new sales hires.
Collaborate with Marketing and Finance for alignment.
Evaluate and manage sales technology stack.
Provide analysis to support sales strategy initiatives.
Lead special projects such as territory planning.
Ensure data integrity and pipeline accuracy.
Act as a trusted advisor to sales leadership.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
5-10 years of experience in Sales Operations or related field.
Strong proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce).
Advanced Excel/Google Sheets and data analysis skills.
Excellent communication skills.
Strong problem-solving mindset, highly organized.
